Unlike Water Heater Plus, it does not include included flushes — those are $120 each. It's ideal for homeowners who need occasional repairs but handle their own maintenance.

What is the Premier membership and who is it for?

The Premier membership is an annual prepay at $19/month ($228/year). It provides the lowest per-flush rate and priority scheduling access. It's best for homeowners who want maintenance coverage at the best price and don't need the emergency fee waiver or repair discounts of the Plus tier.

How long does a water heater last?

Tank water heaters last 8–12 years. Tankless water heaters last 15–20 years. Annual flushing extends tank life by 1–2 years in Tulsa's moderately hard water. A membership that includes annual flushes pays for itself in extended unit life and avoided repairs.

What size water heater do I need for a family of 4?

What's the difference between a flush and free replacement labor?

A flush is preventive maintenance — we drain sediment from your tank to keep it running efficiently. Free replacement labor means if your water heater needs to be replaced, we waive our labor charge. You still pay for the unit.

What does "waived service call fee" mean?

Our standard service call fee is $150 for diagnosis. Core and Premium members don't pay it — it's included in your membership. You only pay for parts and any repair labor.

Does the 15% parts discount apply to new water heaters?

Yes — 15% off both repair parts AND new unit purchases. Core and Premium members save $292.50 on a tank install and $630 on tankless.

Can I switch plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrade anytime — the new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

What counts as "priority scheduling"?

Members get booked ahead of non-members for the same service type. If you call at 8am for a same-day repair, members get the first available slot. It doesn't guarantee an exact time — but you'll be ahead in the queue.
