Membership Questions

Is there a contract?
No. All memberships are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees or minimum commitment.
What's the difference between a flush and free replacement labor?
A flush is preventive maintenance — we drain sediment from your tank to keep it running efficiently. Free replacement labor means if your water heater needs to be replaced, we waive our labor charge. You still pay for the unit.
What does "waived service call fee" mean?
Our standard service call fee is $150 for diagnosis. Core and Premium members don't pay it — it's included in your membership. You only pay for parts and any repair labor.
Does the 15% parts discount apply to new water heaters?
Yes — 15% off both repair parts AND new unit purchases. Core and Premium members save $292.50 on a tank install and $630 on tankless.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade anytime — the new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
What counts as "priority scheduling"?
Members get booked ahead of non-members for the same service type. If you call at 8am for a same-day repair, members get the first available slot. It doesn't guarantee an exact time — but you'll be ahead in the queue.
